On the 12th Day Til Christmas.. Center For Wildlife!
WE LOVE ANIMALS! Please add the Center for Wildlife to your charitable giving list this year! 2017 was a tough year for them. Animal admissions increased for another straight year, and they were forced to shut their doors this summer for a time because their beds were completely full. They also lost a couple of local turtle and bat rehabilitators in the community, which placed additional stress on staff and resources. Their environmental education programs are also increasing in demand, which is a great “problem” to have, but it’s difficult to fulfill all program requests with limited staff.
Their year-end fundraising goal is $68,000, which represents almost 1/3 of the entire operating budget for the year. Your donation will allow them to continue providing specialized medical care to injured and orphaned wildlife in need, and grow programs in a meaningful and measured way, as to have the greatest impact on wildlife and our community.
