I had a great experience working with Ali. She was knowledgeable and incredibly helpful throughout the process. Her familiarity with the area and local market trends was really helpful and I felt like I was in good hands.

My wife and I have had a 5-star experience with Ali Goodwin and the Haven Homes & Lifestyle team in purchasing and selling a home, all within two months! Ali was also great as a realtor by helping us plan ahead to get our financial ducks in a row before we started house hunting. When it came time to sell our previous house, she and her team were quick to accommodate our timeline and needs. Deepest thanks!

Working with Carole and the Haven Homes & Lifestyle team was an exceptional experience from beginning to end. As first-time home buyers entering a very competitive market, we expected the process to be stressful and overwhelming, but their guidance, communication, and dedication made all the difference. Carole was patient, knowledgeable, responsive, and always made us feel informed and supported throughout every step of the process. What impressed us most was how genuinely invested the team was in helping us find the right home, not just any home. Thanks to their expertise and hard work, we were able to secure our home in only three offers!!, which still feels incredible given the current market. We are beyond grateful for their support during such an exciting milestone in our lives and would highly recommend Carole and the Haven Homes & Lifestyle team to anyone, especially first-time buyers looking for a team they can truly trust.

Cassie Castle is a true real estate professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. Throughout my condo search, she and the Haven Home team were incredibly responsive and always available to answer my many questions. Cassie's expertise was invaluable when it came to negotiating the sale, navigating through the inspection process, all the HOA documents and closing process. She ensured everything was handled meticulously. If you want an agent who is honest, knowledgeable, and truly has your best interests at heart, look no further than Cassie Castle.

Choosing Carole Goodwin as my realtor was one of the best decisions I made. She was with me every step of the way, clearly explaining each part of the process and always keeping me informed about what to expect next. Even during the moments that felt really overwhelming — and frankly a little scary — Carole remained honest, knowledgeable, and reassuring. She and her team at Keller Williams worked incredibly hard to get my home sold as quickly as possible. I highly recommend Carole to anyone looking for a realtor who truly has your back from start to finish!
