Born and raised in London, UK, Paul spent the early part of his career as a Research & Development Engineer, Flying Instructor, Commercial Airline Pilot, and Professional Musician. His journey took him to New York in 2005 and eventually to the scenic seacoast of Portsmouth, New Hampshire in 2020, where he now helps clients navigate the local real estate market with clarity, creativity, and care.
Paul has always had a passion for real estate, and today he channels that passion into helping buyers and sellers achieve their goals with confidence. He is a Certified Staging Advocate (RESA CSA) and a Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), combining strong visual and strategic skills to present homes at their best and negotiate the best possible outcomes for his clients.
Paul blends professionalism with a personal touch. His diverse background brings a unique perspective to every transaction—analytical, detail-oriented, and people-focused.
